Serendib (27 Burns Avenue, San Ignacio, west Belize) – this place was opened years back by a British Army conscript of Sri Lankan descent. The menu here is a mix of Belizean, Chinese, and American dishes, along with Sri Lankan curries and teas. This eatery also serves the Wattalappan dessert (a Sri Lankan coconut custard with cardamom).
